8. Services

All services provided by Design State of Mind are by agreement and outlined in proposals or project documentation. These include (but are not limited to):

• Branding and identity design

• Website strategy, design, and build

• Marketing and content support

• Add-on services such as collateral or asset creation

Custom packages may include access to collaborative tools and documents hosted via Notion.

9. Payment & Invoicing

• All services are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• A deposit is required to begin work (as outlined in your proposal)

• Final payment is due prior to final file delivery or website handover

• Payment terms and milestones are agreed upon before commencement

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to pause or cancel a project, please contact us as early as possible. Any work completed to date will be invoiced accordingly.

11. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content you provide

• Upon final payment, ownership of final design assets or website files transfers to you

• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

12. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or failure that arises from the use of your website, marketing assets, or branding materials once handed over. All work is provided with due care and aligned with the agreed brief.

13. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or republish any part of our site or content without written permission.
